Deconstructed beef burger with rosemary-marinated watermelon and honey-flavoured mustard sauce


4 burger buns
4 beef burgers
95 g butter
1 Dolce Passione watermelon
4 lettuce leaves
4 slices Gouda cheese
Rosemary to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Honey mustard to taste
Salt to taste



Clean the watermelon and extract a cylinder of approximately 10 cm in diameter. Cut into 4 slices about 1/2 cm thick and marinate them with salt, pepper, rosemary, and the honey mustard sauce. Cook the burgers until done as desired, halve the buns and butter them on the inside then toast on a skillet. Serve by first drizzling some honey and mustard sauce on the bottom half of the bun, followed by the burger, a slice of Gouda cheese, then a leaf of lettuce and a watermelon disc. Complete with the top of the bun and a drizzle of sauce.
